I'm an Architect from Maryland, USA and a father of four wonderful children. Peter 18, Nicholas 17, Alexander 4 and Julia 2.

It's interesting to see my two older children prepare for adulthood, while the other two go through their childhood. These are interesting and diverse times for me.

Peter is graduating high school this year and going onto college at Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland. Nicholas wants to get into the Navy Seals eventually, and is working hard to reach his goal. I'm very proud of them both.

Alex and Julia are boistrous happy toddlers.

Our home is in Upper Montgomery County near a regional park system, lakes, good schools in walking distance, and great amenities. Though our home is modest, we're delighted with our neighborhood and neighbors. In a world with so much conflict and stress, our neigborhood is our "Shangrila".

I have a sister in South Africa who has two great children, Camilla Waldman a wonderful up and coming gifted actress (She's married to an Actor Jamie and has a little son Hector), and a son Sacha Waldman an ambitious and talented photograher seeking fame and fortune in New York City.

Dad is 90 years young and living in England. Mom passed away last year at the age of 85. They married in 1937, and so were together for over 61 years. Dad, bless his heart worshipped the ground Mom walked on. He was a perfect gentleman for her, so she said. I really never heard them fight.

Dad had four sisters, only one who now survives, and I am the youngest but one, of 14 first cousins. It's now a huge family dispersed all over the world, though most of the family is still in Poland. We're planning a big family reunion in 2000 for Dad's 91 st birthday and his surviving sister's 90 th.

Other Stuff
Professional Background:
25 years experience as a registered architect. Worked in England, Jamaica and have been in the U.S. these last 20 years. I am registered as an architect in England, Maryland and South Carolina. Most of my experience is in project management of large multi-million dollar tasks, taking them through feasibility, budgeting, design and construction.

I like to regard myself as a solid all rounder, there isn't much I have not done in the architectural and construction worlds. I like challenging projects and I am often asked to trouble shoot difficult jobs. I thrive on the tough tasks and the ones that other folk dismiss as not interesting.

Ultimately I would find a directorship of facilities at a university, and/or a large corporation as challenging and rewarding. I speak Polish fluently, and can pass with my knowledge of French.

With the two older boys going their way, Lydia and I could relocate with the young'ens to England, France, Poland, and any reasonably stable english speaking country. We're flexible.
